Final Sale Policy: All pre-orders are considered final. Since each pre-order directly funds the production of the yearbooks, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Deadline: Pre-orders must be placed by December 15 to guarantee your copy. Orders received after this date may not be fulfilled due to production schedules.

Manufacturing Process: The number of yearbooks produced will correspond to the total pre-orders received. This approach allows us to manage costs effectively and reduce waste.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective yearbook, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
